WEDNESDAY 28th JUNE
Whitehaven v York Knights Haven by 10

SATURDAY 1ST JULY
Toulouse Olympique v Widnes Vikings toulouse by 64

SUNDAY 2nd JULY
Barrow Raiders v Batley Bulldogs Batley by 10
Bradford Bulls v Keighley Cougars Bradford by 22
London Broncos v Newcastle Thunder London by 38
Swinton Lions v Sheffield Eagles Swinton by 6
Whitehaven v Featherstone Rovers Fev by 42
York Knights v Halifax Panthers Fax by 16

Tough one to predict this week so many games that could go either way with probably only 3 nailed on. Tough midweek trip for York and one that will likely do Fev and Fax a favor on Sunday. Obviously Toulouse will just be a case of how many against Widnes. Bradford should beat keighley with them in turmoil and same goes for London. Swinton V Sheffield really tough to call with Sheffields drop in form and Fev and Fax could benefit from opposition mid week games otherwise those could have been really tough to call as well.

2 wins there for York from you. Think you have it in mind players are coming back from injuries/suspensions. I agree.

You don't think a New Coach Bounce will happen with Widnes? It's not going to be so hot this weekend...quite pleasant temperature forecast I think.  I would have thought Featherstone will score more as it is a very quick turnaround for Whitehaven.

Have they announced a new coach? I'd not noticed before I made the prediction and yeah if thats the case then it may be a touch closer but they are a total mess at the moment and without a rudder I see a big defeat for them.

Lets see if the 2nd half of my prediction comes true. Last week I said I expected London to go an win at Batley but then lose at home to lower in the table team....  So lets see if the 2nd half of my hunch comes true and london capitualate vs Thunder

Whitehaven today, Toulouse, Barrow, Keighley (taking advantage of a disruptive week for Bradford), London, Sheffield, Fev, Halifax.

Why have we had a disruptive week?

We lost in France? Although we’re not alone in that. We have now had our loan prop Rodgers recalled to Hudds but knowing that would have needed a crystal ball.

Players jumping ship.

Unfortunately, Josh Johnson leaving approximately 3 hours ago fails on both definitions- players, and week.
A more accurate description would be one reserve player, today, who wants more game time, has left.

Someone should wake IMG and tell 'em if relegation isn't a good thing for elite clubs it sure ain't good enough for Championship clubs - to allow them to develop, boost attendances, play without jeopardy etc.

Then again those big city clubs recently touted for Super League could both be relegated.

Some interesting fixtures over coming weeks...

No reserves, but resilience, persistence and determination are omnipotent.

The jeopardy makes it so exciting for fans though. All apart from 2 teams have it all to play for. I really don't know how I am going to cope with the excitment of watching my teams twitter account gain likes to gain an extra 0.15 points for the IMG ratings.

Toulouse were 24-0 up against Widnes after 30 minutes, but two cracking tries from Ryan Millar in the last few minutes of the half make it 24-8 HT.
