Midlands Hurricanes 25 v 22 Hunslet
Oldham 28 v 22 North Wales Crusaders
Workington Town 30 v 24 Rochdale Hornets

Don't want to get carried away but last week Hurricanes looked like they intend to finish strongly even if the play-offs are out of range now.

Well done to Cornwall. Feels like another step in their progress as a club.

Not sure what's going on at Skolars. I thought their squad looked good enough to get the win today but they were well beaten at home 🤷

We have been sparking over recent weeks and you could just sense things were heading in the right direction. Really pleased for the lads as they've put in massive amounts of work and it's starting to pay off.

Great result for Cornwall, it is a great result for Rugby League, hopefully it will boost their confidence and inspire them to a few more wins which should draw a few more people to their home games which has to be good for the game as a whole. Skolars will come good we need them to be successful also if we want this great game of ours to thrive. It is so hard making progress with so little funding for all the tier three teams, it is hard enough in the Championship to make ends meet  so you have to applaud the efforts of all the people in involved in running the clubs at this level.

Skolars down to bare bones (3 experienced & powerful players missing - Smalls ban, Juma ban, Gale England university tournament), but even so they looked poor today. Awful performance & currently on train back to Leeds wondering why i bothered! 😂😂😂

Because as a fan that is what we do, there is no sense to it.

Still was a fair bit of league 1 experience. It's much harder to pick up wins in league 1 now though. Hope your journey back was OK!

The drop goal was to take Oldham 2 scores clear and it had the desired effect. Oldham regained their ascendancy at the point and then scored again. When they were well in control in the first half but only 6-0 up they twice turned down a kick at goal in front of the goals to extend the  lead. In the end I think drop goal was to correct the first half bad choices

Have the new owners taken over yet?

They haven’t, just waiting on the funds transfer part apparently. (Been the same for 6-8 weeks).
