Refs don't do themselves any favours sometimes. Let all kinds go on in the tackle all game, that ridiculous decision against wire earlier then randomly gives 6 again for absolutely nothing in the context if this game.

Clear knock on by Williams in the build up to Currie's try too.

Clarke is entitled not to think Dufty is a good player but his obsession with the guy is absolutely embarrassing.

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

Oooof, I hope those positive moments from early in the season can sustain Wire fans’ views of Dufty. But tonight he’s been appalling. Tbf, hard to see who hasn’t  in a Wire shirt. Williams looks like his professional body has been secretly taken over by an amateur.

Sports psychologists should be beating a path to the Halliwell Jones, as this is an amazing case study in total mental collapse of a sports team.

First six again of the night, on first tackle, 72nd minute. What a superb innovation.

Wire look like a right rabble, the difference between them now and the beginning of the year is almost unbelievable.

Catalan, however look the real deal.

And this is why I think it is a tough call to blame the CEO.

These players look like they are coming out of a difficult relationship.

Surely they ain't all been involved with Katie Price?

But it’s the drop off in form that’s absolutely alarming.

I wouldn’t blame the CEO (that seems to be the in thing at the moment)  there’s more to it than that i think

Clearly issues to sort at Wire, but with the relative form, a 20pt defeat isn't quite the catastrophe the commentary team would have you believe.

Quite a lot of shithousery from Catalans tonight. They're a good side but they need to be careful with it.

My personal theory, based on my life experience is that it's all good when things click and you do well. As soon as things become tough that's where poor management can be a real issue.

These are good players, sometimes things will come off, but as soon as they start making mistakes that's when we see people's values and true colours.

Powell has publicly shown that he is abrasive, whether that is throwing players on the scrapheap or not going to the changing rooms after a match to speak with them etc.

And I expect some of those players liked him a lot, hence my comparison to coming out of a bad relationship.

Just been to vote for Player of the Match on the OurLeague app.....two Wire players named in the 4 choices!!! Currie and Mikaele.....can't even remember Mikaele name being mentioned in the whole game!! Who picks the 4 nominees i wonder?

I am finding the commentary a touch hysterical. For all the talk of toxic culture and saying Wire collapse but Wigan crack on just isn't dealing in reality. Powell is the first manager we've sacked like this since James Lowes, and we've had a pretty good last 10 to 15 years.

In my opinion, the ref needed to start penalising the messing about at the ruck far earlier. Some of the wrestling, holding down and hands on the ball - from both sides - was ridiculous.

Wigan are showing how tough they are by walloping a Hull KR side who are entirely thinking about Wemble, whereas we are terrible for losing to the top of the table side.

..who were particularly poor tonight, in my view.

However, you did move up the table, despite coming second tonight.
