Ben will be a great young addition to Heworth's pack for NCL Premier. As you say he's only young so plenty of time to try the pro game again down the line.

I'm surprised that Ben has been released as you say Gav he has time to develop his game, think we all knew about the other three leaving, I'd like to thank all four for pulling a Knights shirt on.

No surprise Marshy is leaving, but I'd have liked him to have stayed. Arguably the best full back in the Championship, he'll possibly end up at Fev., now that Kheirallah has retired.

I would have said less chance. Not sure he would be good enough for super league same as most of the london players
