Chalked off all day long in SL this year, not sure about that at all.

So a player running on the outside shoulder of a defender and making contact is an obstruction in Super League according to Liam Moore but isn't at international level also according to Liam Moore.

100% an obstruction if that's in a SL game. It will never not infuriate me how we have a separate set of rules for international and also how reluctant English refs are to make a decision in England's favour at international level trying to not appear biased.
