I'll not be going again until Ford is sacked. The club has to weigh up the cost of paying him to go versus reduced money from a dwindling crowd.

He’s got to go and not replaced by Hardman.

If Ford goes Hardman has to go with him but the players have to bear some responsibility. We shouldn't lose a game when we have a 16 point lead.Same as last few weeks defence not moving up and meeting opponents half way and lacking aggression. In attack forwards not running onto the ball, too many one man surges.Giving away silly penalties.Last 3 games Swinton Sheffield and now York making far more yards in their sets.Today's second half was probably the worst i can remember and York looked fitter, faster and more determined than our players. How many disagreed with me when i said we would lose 12 games and finish 7th or 8th it gives me no pleasure to be near the mark.

We expected it to be a transitional season but with the squad we have we should be better then this. SIXTY SEVEN years since we lost at home to York, crowds are bad enough but going to get worse if something isn't done about the coaching.

I wanted Ford out after last season and Hardman has never struck me as a coach.Anyone fancy us beating Toulouse next week?😁

Nope, can't see who we will beat next set of fixtures, might beat Whitehaven at home but we were very  lucky to win there.

No way can we survive in the championship on 12 points. But as F says where is the next win coming from?

The thing is fev have been spoilt for last few seasons, and fans are still expecting to win most games. It ain't going to happen this season as a few sides have bolstered their squads to be more competitive. I'm not surprised fev are losing a few, but I'm shocked with the squad they have how easily teams are turning them over.

We’ve still got loads of high profile players and spent lots of money. For me, Campbell spent lots of money, but really poor judgement when it comes to player and coach signings.

Time for a change at the club, even if it means a few lean years. Embarrassing that we didn’t pay out for testimonials and wages.

As a york supporter, I've always enjoyed an away day at Fev, 16 of us booked into the lounge bar, thanks to all the staff who made it an enjoyable experience.

As a Knights fan I was naturally delighted by today's result but when looking at the teams before the match I thought there was no way we could compete with those players. This was confirmed at 16-0. I thought the game was gone. You were bigger, stronger and faster than us.

From that point I didn't understand Featherstone at all. Give York some credit but why did you stop doing what you are good at?

By the second half you just seemed to be going through the motions. The body language was terrible and players seemed to be standing around cluelessly. You only scored when York lost the ball in front of their own posts.

Is it James Ford's fault? He was very popular at York for about six years, winning the League One championship and taking us to third in the Championship in 2019 with far fewer resources than Featherstone have. Be careful what you wish for.

Anyway, I wish you luck for the rest of the season - until you come to York on the last day.

Yes.

I can't see anything other than him having lost the dressing room. Very quick to shift blame onto the players in his post match interviews. Following the Swinton game he suggested we lost because the players were either unfit or mentally weak. Not something I'd like to hear from a bloke that's responsible for making sure both of those are on point.

I want to see him gone tonight.

It is a transitional year in every sense and we're all hurting as things unfold, but, Ford was never the right man and he clearly has to be replaced given the results, impact on attendances etc. It can't go on.

Its good to hear a measured response from the opposition supporters and this just about sums it up.  Well apart from the last bit on Ford.  I think most of us have seen enough now.  Don't forget he was in charge of a completely different bunch of under-achievers last year so for many he was already drinking at the last chance saloon even before this latest shocking run.  Anyway it was still a great effort from your lot today - especially to come back from 16-0 in the heat.  Good luck for the rest of the season.

I know games aren't won on paper, but that squad should be more than capable of winning games like that.

We must be mentally weak 12 points in front of Swinton who are playing uphill and we lose .At one point 16-0 up against York and we get well beat.I was nowhere near this level Probably Nat Con !/2 but i led the pack.Better players than me but i never stopped talking to my team mates .Reading the game and acting accordingly. If a player on the other side was a danger me and my team mates closed him down. You can't win them all but you can play to your maximum whatever the opposition.
