What is the rule on dragging nowadays? Did that get changed because that one was clear as day so Im just presuming the rule got changed.

I was thinking the exact same thing. Seemed like the tackle was complete unless the rule was changed.

I assume it's not a thing anymore as I've seen players dragging plenty of games this season.

Remember a Widnes game at the Boulevarde many moons back. Three or four Hull players were dragging a Widnes player into touch when Paul Woods lay down on the floor behind the Hull players who promptly fell over him.

I don't think there is a rule saying that, but either way there was no momentum. He was stopped then extra defenders started moving him towards the sideline.
