It is not an "or" situation.

ok.  I'm open minded.  Explain to me how the actions of the referee resulted in the two fouls by the Saints players and two yellow cards.

Yes. Doesn't detract from the fact I would still like to see it though.

See what exactly?

"If players run in they'll be sat down."

Partington ran in.

Partington got a  yellow card.

Pretty straight forward.

I'm pretty sure the ball was out before Clark collided with Watkins knee there. Not that it really matters either way, I just assumed that was what caused it initially.

The camera showing Cross at the end there who really should have gone for the corner when given that chance near the end of the 80 minutes. Game over with a decent winger.

Not a fan of GP, but that's one of the more exciting ones I've watched.

Great gather of the low, daisy-cutter kick from young Robertson who steps and makes a huge gain, followed by Walmsley. 20-year-old got them on the front foot; deservedly Homme du Match. What a kid!

Mbye is a hit and miss kicker but he guides it through with the top of his in-step, just.

Top evening's entertainment.

Unfortunatley if the late shot on the 4th tackle gets called against Saints then Salford probably win that game. It was as clear a penalty as any in the game.

That shot ended up forcing Shorrocks off the field for Dudson, who then hopelessly missed the tackle on Harry Robertson which gave them the field position. Little things can make a big difference.
