Surely Wire will easily overcome a St Helens team that are a shadow of those who fought so bravely against the mighty foe that is the airline industry a couple of years ago?

Wire by at least 10.

I think Saints will win this, nothing to do with the way the teams are playing but traditionally Saints do well in the later stages and Wire don’t.

A true test of whether Burgess has changed the mentality of a side who traditionally have played well all year, only to choke.   The key thing to feel good about as a Warrington fan this year, is that the biggest losing margin has been only 10 points.   We've never been out of a game.

Bring it on.

Saints for me, has Lee Briers joined the club yet?

But that is irrespective, I think there is enough experience on the field for Saints to change the game round if it is not going to plan under Wellens instruction, Saints by one score in a tight phydical game.

Squads are out.   I think there's only 3 first-choice players missing from that Warrington squad, in Fitzgibbon, Ratchford and Wrench.   I believe Saints are at full-strength too, so no excuses from either side.

I have no idea who will win, but I voted for Warrington because I want them to win. More importantly though is that I hope it's a great game and that it gets a good audience on the BBC.

I had no idea any playoffs were on the BBC.   Thanks for saving me £15 on a Now TV day pass!

If Warrington score more than 12 points they will win the game. With Warrington's defence being so good over the last few weeks, I don't see how we can break them down enough times to win.

I'm feeling optimistic, so I will back us to score a try. I'm going Warrington 18-8 St Helens.

No chance we’ll win this. I expect Wire will exploit our lack of pace again.

We need a downpour from now to the game to stand any chance. What’s the weather like in Warrington.

Friday and Saturday bright slight breeze no rain.

Not many giving Saints a chance which is understandable.

But there seems to be an old witches curse on Warrington when it comes to winning the big one.

May the curse be with you, always! 😉

(Come on Saints!)

I am read back Reffy, have faith maybe there is more pace in the Wire team but that can be overcome by effective organised play both on attack and defence, I am in no doubt whatsoever that Saints will play this very physically.
