bring back proper internationals and tours   --gb v aus  or nz - not a cobbled together team who have just stepped off a plane without even a warm up - this is a waste of time

And if those teams refuse to play?

Havard is just a machine in defence. I have rarely seen a prop with an engine like he has.

We should just enjoy watching England play well. If we batter them, so be it, no charity or sympathy.

We stuck 60 on them in 2022 and the Kiwis stuck 50 on them last year.

We don't need to be dramatic about us playing well and them not so much.

I know this is a vastly different Samoan team but just how poor we’re England in the World Cup semi. Completely blew it. Just doing their jobs and we’re battering them here.

They're doing a bit more than just their jobs. England are playing well as a team and as individuals against a rusty but still talent-packed Samoan side.

I am actually starting to feel sorry for Moore in the middle here.

The amount of laying on Samoa are doing, he could be blowing his whistle a lot more, but he is clearly trying to keep the game flowing.

This lying on difference thing is nonsense, the vast majority of the 6 agains are given in the NRL also. That last one was absolutely blatant

Has Phil Gould been in the media again, exclaiming that Samoa can’t be beaten by this England team

Shall we assume he has, even if it wasn't in public and on record.

Because he probably did.

I'm OK with him trying to keep it 13 a side, but i think he needs to put a strong public warning out.

Yes, they are getting outplayed and desperately holding on. It's not even subtle.

Yes, but people need reasons not to enjoy England's current dominance.

It was quite amusing that the commentators semed to be implying that over here we're much sharper on making sure the ruck speed is fast than they are in the NRL!

What's amusing is their coaches whined about the interpretation in the first world cup game. So either they have incredibly short memories and no access to game recordings, or they're idiots.

Not every ruck has to be a 100 MpH clearing the tackle.

Damn straight!

As I've said a few times - Make this hurt for Samoa, all of Luai's mates that stayed behind in Australia for a wedding, sitting at home watching him get battered about on a field in England.

It's literally the opposite too isn't it, NRL is basically just tunnel ball now, anything goes at the PTB.

I think the NRL are stricter, any differences are no excuse for Samoa. I think they just can't live with the speed of England and are out on their feet.

Clearly, or there would have been 25 penalties so far.

But Samoa are laying on, flopping into tackles late, wrapping the ball seconds after the tackle has been completed.

It isn't even subtle.
