I fear that Hull will edge this given the recent injuries we have faced. Hull to win by 4. Be will great to see more Rourke, though!

My concern for this one is that, after playing in two early contenders for game of the year, we might be a bit flat for this one. The way the last two games have panned out must have taken a lot out of us, emotionally and physically. Throw in the excitement of the cup draw and that game on the horizon and it's not going to be easy to reset and be 100% for this.

For that reason it's a really good test of the attitude and professionalism that Cartwright has been trying to instill. If we do manage to put in another good performance and get a result it will tell us a lot and for the first time I might just start to think that a playoff finish is on the cards.

Barron is injured which is a shame as he's been excellent so far. But Watts and Eseh are available for (second) debuts.

I'm going Wakefield by 6, just because of the reasons I've already mentioned. But I might be underestimating this version of Hull FC, and if we can indeed find some energy then we should be good enough to get the win.

I think we may struggle in this one the injuries won’t help and hull are looking good.  I may have underestimated our strength in depth we will see.  Looking forward to it as I do every match nowadays.

Going to be tight. Once more injuries really testing the Wakey squad. Last I looked bookies just giving Wakey a slight edge on the handicap -2 . Lets hope they are right.

Wakefield to destroy the theory that despite a couple of decent results that Hull are a good side, Wakefield  by 10+

Hull by 6 hopefully

Rugby Union the only game in the world were the spectators handle the ball more than the players.

Ahhh only a bit of banter, I do it to the Leeds Crew lol don't think we will fear Cas this year tbh.

Looking forward to coming down to this one, on the train as we speak...delays again surprise surprise LNER.

My hearts going with a sneaky Trin win tonight, but my heads saying Hull will sneak it.

Hope its a great game nonetheless 🙏

Only 29 seats left in new stand. 2.6k home fans.

Home North stand sold out that holds 3k+.

Some home fans in south boxes.

West stand sold out mostly away fans with a few hundred home fan season ticket holders.

South new stand - sold out.

2200 is a very good away following. 6k + home fans is also very good.

Trinity may need to look at expanding capacity further for 2026.

Should be a cracking atmosphere tonight.

Think this will be my choice to watch this evening.

Mine too, Harry.  There is a slightly depressing conservatism to the choices that Sky seem to make for matches directly available on Main Event or wherever.

2.2k FC fans will be there.

Rugby Union the only game in the world were the spectators handle the ball more than the players.

Another game for Trinity sold out. Think that’s 2nd time this year and again some trinity fans are still now begging for tickets on a sold out game.

Hugely positive. Hopefully Ellis builds a new 25000 stadium.
