Willie Isa at the RFL Disciplinary...

Recommended Posts

A total of a four match penalty notice for two separate incidents.

Apparently 3 matches for the off the ball hit on YJW and 1 match for one of the other various unsavoury incidents he was involved in.

Respect the disciplinary panel's make-up,  process, speed and  decisions.

The RFL Match Review Panel reviewed an incident which occurred in the 16th minute which resulted in Bentley being sent to the sin bin. The panel have penalised Bentley for “striking – kicking – making light contact” with Wigan’s John Bateman, which has been deemed as a Grade A offence and a one match suspension.

Farcical how Isa only gets 4 matches for all those incidents.

What was the 1 match for - the attack to the face of Percival, the attack to the head of Grace, the late tackle, the high tackle ??

As for the Welsby one not being classed as intentional - utter joke !!! what was he intending to do, kiss him with his shoulder !!!

He intended to smash him for sure, but he mistakenly thought he had the ball after a terrible read and didn't mean to go into his head.

Those were my thoughts and panel seem to think the same, 4 sounds about right but he may appeal.

Ever wondered how the disciplinary process works? Former SL ref explains the process in this #Rugby 🏉 show🎥🎤 https://youtu.be/u_nWi5xRnno

Must have borrowed Saints disciplinary defence team.

But kicking Bateman in the head is so unremarkable from St Helens?

How is this acceptable? Cannot believe we are talking about protecting the players, hia´s  and he has two defenceless attacks to the head and he gets 4 games. What a joke. Hope if they get Saints in the playoffs they clean him out.

Respect the officials, the disciplinary process and the speed of action. They are independent and obviously no ex-Saints players are on the board.

‘Player has hand in the air when ball is in the sky and flailing hand catches eye area of opponent’. Well that is not what I saw.

But then, you are not on the disciplinary panel  despite your obvious independence, neutrality and exemplary lack of bias.

Wonder if Wigan have set a record this week? 13 separate incidents considered by the Match Review Panel!

Even if they have, its nowhere near the forum record for cant and hypocrisy. Respect the officials, judiciary, process etc why don't you.

So why are you commenting on the kick to the head? Are you neutral, by any chance?

Maybe I can help you out here. Yes I am, which is why I was pointing out that Bentley was also suspended.
