I very much doubt a prospective player would fly across the world and join a Club without first having a done signed deal? If I read comments correctly a player is on his way in a week or so?

No was told we where in talks with aussie/Samoan ex huddersfield before Xmas

Last we heard was the overseas guy was hitting a few snags and maybe unlikely. But others were on the radar? Could do with another middle as Stevie is still a bit away from returning.

Rugby League Daily had a post on claiming that Kevin Sinfield was signing for us and that he was a hooker, strangely seems to have been deleted now. They also had a post predicting Ford & Gelling were signing for Barrow which again seems to have disappeared.

The race is not always to the swift nor the battle to the strong, but thats the way to bet!

Was talking to a ex director and he tells me Pauli Pauli had signed after being released from York after disciplinary problems
