Would have liked to have seen a rough house prop, as that is where we are short.

Pickersgill has been good so far this season, if anything better than I thought he would be. Not sure how we are going to keep all the backs we have happy.

Cannot see Pickersgill being too happy , he is performing very well for us linking up when necessary. Do we rewally need another full back ?????

If a player who has scored 91 tries ad 492 goals in 119 games becomes available it would be prudent to give him a go irrespective of position

That's true but he;s only a youngun  starting his 4th season and at this moment in time is only a good championship fullback so plenty of time for him to get better especially under the tutelage of Kheirallah

Out of everyone in the squad this year I'd argue Pickersgill has had to earn his place more than anyone else (aside perhaps from Smith in the halves), and he's gone great so far. Looks to have already gone up a level since joining us from Bradford Admin.

It would be pretty harsh if he (and his development) now got interrupted by this signing. Maybe Kheirallah can also play as a centre/wing?

I fully understand that point of view but professional sport is harsh and there's no sentiment either. It's about Fev being the best they can and Pickersgill will hopefully accept that. It should even improve him. He will surely still get plenty more game time. Fatigue, form and injury means you can never rely on one player in one position with the task ahead.

As Monkey said he's a game changer and we're lucky that we've now got 2 or 3 in the squad and at this level that is fantastic.

If he refuses to have the vaccine will he definitely be allowed in the country and to play?
I know there are professional sportspeople already here who won’t have it but it’s a bit different when you’re looking to come in.
I’m sure the club will have done their homework on it.
