As a neutral, the most entertaining match of the day, and by a long distance.

Powell out brigade dusting off their placards?

Let's be honest here. Powell has never endeared himself massively to Wire fans. He saved his job with a strong start to the season. He will lose any credit if the team continues as it is. That isn't the kind of performance you expect from the team at the top of league, and it hasn't been unusual in recent weeks.

He should be judged on his teams' performances.

Williams plays in 3 min spells as usual and is hailed to be a world beater - never saw him all 2nd half

Not as bad as calling Ken Davy, the Huddersfield owner since 1996, Ralph Rimmer  😮

Or calling Huddersfield Wakefield. We really do have dreadful commentators and pundits, Mark Wilson excepted.

It was a good long kick but he should have pouched it. He'll have wanted the ground to open up and swallow him.

I don't like piling on players after errors though. He's a pretty good player and his speed makes him a weapon that many teams would be eager to have.

Is this the game where we can put an end to the idea that if a team defends and defends they get tired and just fold like a pack of cards at the end of the game? I don't think this has really been a thing since the semi-pro era but we still get commentators and coaches saying it.

Hull dealt very comfortably with our first half 'attacking' and looked visibly energised by keeping us at bay. On the other hand Warrington heads dropped further and further after each hopeless set petered out.

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

I do think Hull had the right idea by throwing everything at Warrington straight at the start of the 2nd half and draining their tank.

Greg Minnikin; where to start?

If we had decent pundits, it would have been explicitly called out how bad that performance was (and how Hull targeted him). And I don't mean that in a bullying kind of way, but his presence on the field was probably the biggest factor in the whole game today.
