Sensational dive and put-down.

Ashdown did so well to hold the ball as he dived for the corner.

Ashton is hardly ever mentioned in conversations about our best wingers but he is fearless in bringing the ball away from his own line and invariably finds his front..  and a real speedster.  We have lots of good wingers.

That's a fair call.

Ooh, that's not a good advert for the on-field call!

So does the fact that the ball clearly came off Ashton’s shin before it hit the ground not matter?

My thoughts too, does it mean it's a knock on or is it just a kick?

He's in everything at the moment. That chip and knee ahead would have been SOME piece of individual skill.

Probably the right call, given NO TRY on the field...

Apparently not. The obstruction was ignored, too.

Saints revert to type when under pressure and start getting petulant.

Main talking point  out of the first half is Danny Walker’s council hair cut

Does it give him some local authority in Warrington?

Dufty sends Baldrick in for the coup de grace. Lovely stuff.
