I'm not - not yet anyway - but the best advice I'm seeing from other people seems to be to focus on trying to structure your day so that even if you're not working you have some kind of schedule and purpose. It's very easy to drift into a sort of nothingness about it all.

You might, for example, want to explore the world's museums and galleries? http://mcn.edu/a-guide-to-virtual-museum-resources/

Very helpful ... err, just wondering,  is Pornhub back online?  Asking for a friend.

Your friend would do well to be mindful of the tissue and loo roll shortage.

We're all in this for the long haul.

Anyway, porn stars have to be 1m apart these days.

I did 7 days.  A couple of years ago I would have done it easily, it was probably 'normal' for me back then.

I found it pretty tough, and my old bad habits of going to bed late and getting up later came back quickly.

I didn't do any of the household jobs I thought I would.

With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!

The people who must suffer most are families in small flats. And young men.

Not having a garden is significant.  Would have been great just to sit outside (even in cold).

I have a small home for my family and we’ll have someone in self isolation for 14 days if they successfully get their flight from France in a couple of days.

It’s not going to be fun.

I believe it was typically done to you.

For being naughty.

Probably because you have a pre-existing condition.  Still, cheer up; when a vaccine is finally announced, you can pre-order a dose!

My daughter and kids are in isolation.  She put the bins out this morning for collection.  She said she has never done it so slowly before, the sheer joy of fresh air, hearing traffic and not listening to the kids bickering for just two minutes.

In the blink of an eye it could all be taken away.  Be grateful always.

Where I work some people are working at home more than others. It puts pressure on the staff who do come in nearly every day.

I think our slogan "be a hero and self isolate" is perhaps a bit insensitive to those that are still working on the front line.
