Discuss the SL game between Salford Red Devils and Wakefield Trinity here.

"When I saw the Pistols and The Clash I realised it didn't seem that difficult, they didn't seem like they could play very well either, so the thing was to form a band then work it out. We didn't even know who was going to play what - we passed around all the instruments until we found what we were comfortable with. I wasn't comfortable with any of them so I became the singer."

Like the last game, the result is easy to predict, the size of the margin is the difficult bit.

Can Trin score a point ? I would imagine it will be the biggest cheer of the day from both sets of supporters if that happens.

Voted SRD but they have previous when it comes to banana skins, also Trin aren't anywhere near as bad as has been suggested.

Wakefield are not as bad as everyone assumes. Keeping Hudds and then Leeds to nil at HT shows they are battling hard and the spirit is there.

Possibly they are lacking a little  in quality and numbers. Salford are the same in the latter but not the former so I have to go with them for this game.

I don't like one sided matches and I'd be happy with an SRD win to keep their momentum up but the only positive of a big score is points difference and that is far less important than improvement, season outcome and survival.

Trin do a familiar dance each season but I hope they manage to sort things out.

Salford red devils 42-0 Wakefield Trinitynil

Surely they must score this week, even a drop goal?

If they don't they should be instantly relegated on Monday!

Playing it cool here....I'll be happy with a 1-nil for Salford, anymore is a bonus, any less is a nightmare!

BTW   Is Frank Machin in the Trinity 17 this weekend?

Wakey kick off goes out on the full....as if they aren't facing a difficult enough challenge.

Another goal line drop out forced by Wakey, they're putting some pressure on.
