Agreed, though, that the bottom of SL needn't embarrass you. Embarrassment is in the eye of the beholder. 

Oh course, if you are suggesting that Hull FC or London aren't trying, that different matter and something you could usefully take up with the clubs and players concerned.  Having "I didn't try" on a CV is something that would not help a player get a new contract or a new club.

Blimey. If you think it's London I'm accusing of not maxing out on effort, I respectfully suggest your knowledge of RL isn't worth listening to.

To be fair some of these matches are a joke and the fact that some are  on BBC 2 is depressing.

The BBC used to be reserved for full on cup and test matches.

Can't win. No SL free to air = underexposed. Sl free to air = emabarrassing that people are seeing this...

Don't get me wrong. There is no doubt of what he's done to get Leigh to where they are today and there are lessons here that other clubs might learn. 👍

But he's still a double-glazing salesman at heart.🤠

The reason I said it was that there is nothing official but it was another stick to beat IMG with that is based purely on a summation and rumour. Of it was fact then I'd agree that it would be daft if more than about 5 or 6 get an A unless everyone really has pulled their fingers out on many of the unseen points.

What basis could he possibly have to sue anyone if Hull stay in SL if they finish bottom?

He might lose a whole load of that cash that his supporters prostrate themselves over him having.
