I think Salford will win. And I think that Old Frightful thinks that Salford will win. If Salford play anything like they did in Perpignan last Saturday, it might get messy.

I think that anybody in their right mind will think that Salford will win.

Salford to win in front of a massive home crowd and cement their place as the best team in the world.

Erm already the biggestest and besterest team in the world monkey boy so ner ner ner ner.😜

Game has been moved to Old Trafford to accommodate our fan base.👍

I'll take any Salford win but hopefully a fairly comfortable one so no nerves.🤞

I see what you are doing here. It's usually when people talk like this that Hull FC pluck a big win from somewhere.

You're looking for something that isn't there.

I think it's two wins from the last eleven for Hull FC, that should tell you everything you need to know.

Betfred giving 7/1 for a Hull win.

I'm staying very quiet on this one. I don't like to tempt fate, so I do my predicting after the final whistle.

Having seen them live last Saturday, Tony, they are on fire. No worries tomorrow (famous last words).

Eeeeeeeee.....I feel so uncomfortable when Salford are favourites, it seems so unnatural.  It's like Boris using a comb, Rishi wearing a flat cap or Wilkins talkin sense.

But, the only way Salford can lose this one is by Hull blitzing and scoring 18 points or so in the first quarter and then hanging on and that would only happen if Salford are complacent as a Tory MP watching porn in the commons.  But I can't really see Salford not desiring a win enough when they are so close to a play-off place and so I go for:

Salford to win by 20

But that Tory MP wasn't watching porn in the Commons. He was looking at tractors for a specific job on his farm: he had some wood he wanted to tug...

Another debutant this week in Gardiner I believe and Barron and Litten on the wings.

Expecting a heavy defeat but consoling myself with the fact that so many youngsters are getting super league experience which hopefully bodes well for the future.

There is always next year should be our club motto...

Same here. It feels almost counter intuitive to even think they are favourites.  Like experience tells you that to wish too hard will see it all crumble like sand, just before you are wholly consumed by the fire of the desert.

Cheery being a Red, ain't it?!

In the end this may turn out to be decided by desire, fitness and of course minerals.
