Huge game for Fev which could decide the direction of the rest of our season.

Battle for a playoff spot or battle to stay up.

Going to have to play well to beat Batley, they seem to relish playing at Fev.

Yeah, that's about the sum of it. If we lose on Sunday, we will definitely be second favourites in our next 3 games (Widnes and Bradford away, and Toulouse at home) and could be in amongst the relegation spots in a month's time.

Conversely, the September fixtures look a little easier (though this year's Championship is very unpredictable) and if we can cobble together 1 or even 2 wins from the next 4 games, the play-offs might still be possible.

We still have players to come back from suspension and injury so there's hope - unless more get suspended/ injured. Due for some good luck for a  change surely.

As long as they don't try to welt the ball into touch at the end of the game.

Don't think we've won up at Barrow for 3 years? We're still in a strong position having played Wakey, Toulouse, York & Widnes, but it has taken a lot out of us. A defeat here and that hangover could be extended. Don't care about performance this week, two points would be massive for us!

I've seen plenty after watching RL for 53 years but nothing like that 😃

Fev had not lost at Barrow for 16 years but we did this season. It's getting the job done on the day that counts.

If we (Featherstone) lose on Sunday we're properly in the brown sticky stuff and looking down rather than up. Especially With Widnes (A), Bradford (A) and Toulouse (H) as our following three fixtures.

I suppose most games could go either way. It is a nutty league! 😀

Not done this before. Just going to pick what I believe will be the winning teams. Here goes

Toulouse Olympique

Barrow

Wakefield

Featherstone

York

Sheffield

Widnes

The Barrow and York win predictions were very difficult

Going to be an interesting final v Wakey

I mean it will make for a good game but wakey are guaranteed promotion regardless.

Toulouse giving themselves the best chance to join them though should they decide to add more than wakey to SL but that looks unlikely at the mo.
