I do believe that is the complacency a lot of posters on this site have with a I'm alright Jack attitude, and to be fair it is my also my opinion like Mr B in that I do not expect that Leigh will be demoted to the Championship but we have been there and had the ambition to get out if it, something that this system will not give the opportunity to do so no matter how it is dressed up, only @Worzelis honest enough to say it is designed to facilitate a closed shop, if the RLF allows that to happen they will do so knowing the game as a whole will suffer.

You might find I've been quite vocal on the closed shop attitude among a few others.

What do you think it means then?

You tell me if you consider that I am wrong, you don't have to sue to bring a legal case, It implies that the dispute must be settled by a judge. There are many ways for the dispute to be brought before a judge and filing a law suit is just one of them.

This is becoming a soap opera.

Had a good chat with Stevo last night and basically with regards to Hull FC all the money now comes from Myler girlfriends father who wanted to join Leeds but was rejected as apparently he is totally loaded so FC is the alternative.

Mike said the guy has the biggest collection of sporting memorabilia known to man and paid 45K for one piece recently.

Asked what he did and how he made his dosh and Mike said havant a clue.

Anyone know ?

Ok let’s take your meaning.

What basis would Derek Beaumont have a case? Especially when it’s not his team involved.

He voted and signed up to a system, changing your mind is not a basis for legal action.

Why doesn't he just buy out Pearson then, hasn't Peason intimated previously he wants to get shut?

He owned an advertising agency then went in to own a business specialising in equity release. Took me about 30seconds to find out

I don't know Chris, if I was him I would tell you, perhaps it is just something he feels strongly about, but I don't know if he meant he would bring the action or back anyone bringing an action, I would but only in thought, which I imagine a lot would back t'other side - in thought.

Bunch of other businesses too.

Been a Rhinos fan since the late 1960s, sponsored the Jamaican RL team.

He can feel strongly about it all he likes. What did he think it meant when he voted for it?

No idea Harry one thing is for certain FC need investment.

Guess though emotionally if your a Leeds fan it's hard to put your hard earned into another club.

Can you imagine if your Wigan all your life and then asked to put money into Saints.

I really wouldn't take Stevo's word for anything. He knows less than you do about the President of Leeds Rhinos and what he chooses to spend his money on.

Hull are a big and strategically important club for the sport, hopefully they can find  a way to turn things round.

As for Beaumont. He's classless egotist whose opinions on Rugby League are as worthless as they are witless.

Hull fc are a big club and offer a great deal to super league, but I don't think any club should be to big to be relegated if they have not performed on the field.

Sometimes relegation revitalises a club and also allows a proper rebuild in structure on and off the field.

It also offers a great deal to the championship with new clubs and travelling support.

I personally would not like to see fc relegated and would love to see a strong fc challenging for honours with my Hkr, which would be great for the city and the sport aswell but if you Finnish bottom you should be relegated if you don't you shouldn't.

You can't change the rules during or at the end of the season so their for can't relegate Hull this year but I would certainly entertain rewarding London if they do Finnish above fc by expanding to 14 teams and giving them a place (Though probably to late now they have been stripped of their players).

It will be fun if he's correct and legal action comes about.

Yes undoubtedly he signed up to the system and has conceded that he did, but like many of us who commit to something initially when we learn more about it and get familiar we change our minds, I know I have and to be honest I don't know anybody who hasn't, go on tell me you have never changed your mind Damien.

You don't have to defend everything he does Harry.

It just feels like he plays up to the loud section of RL fans that lap this stuff up. The Donald Trump of RL.

Unfortunately I have to share it with 60 million other people, including halfwits like Beaumont.

I don't Damien, but on this subject I think you know where my thoughts about IMG's system lie, I have been contradicting it longer than Mr Beaumont.

Oh noooooo!  He'll take that as a compliment and claim someone told him IMG has eaten their pet dog😄

I hadn't thought of that.
