Maybe the fans do enjoy all that though and maybe for some it adds to the atmosphere and occasion.

I know my kids love it, and I certainly dont mind it either, and I can't say I haven't noticed anyone not enjoying all of that.

I hate try music, and i include my own club in this, fans naturally want to sing and chant after a try but for some reason clubs have decided they want to listen to an overly loud piece of cheesy 'generic' music instead.

stop it and let the voices of the fans be the sounds we can hear after scoring!
