I wonder what their fans will think when they turn up in St Helens on a wet Thursday night.

They’ll think it’s fun.

They will marvel at how Airtransat have been able to not only fly them across the Atlantic, but at how they have been able to take them back in time by about 100 years.

Hope they come, they'll be warmly welcomed, could easy fit 2 Wolfpack games in and plenty to do in a week in the north, visit York, etc.

They’d have an amazing time, so many great places to visit, as long as they keep clear of towns where rugby league is actually played ?

TWP won’t be playing anywhere near London though, not this season anyway.

This is great, but you might want to expand on your suggestion of "Castleford area" for stuff to do...

They might want to give the Humber Bridge a swerve too. The Wolds would be nice though, and the North Yorks moors.

Me and the wife are waiting on a price.  We would love to go over but want the tour format.  The first date doesn't fit for us though.

Fly into Manchester.

Swan around it for a day.

Then over to Liverpool - do all the Waterfront/Albert Dock/Beatles stuff.

Train to St Helens and watch the champs

Back to Manchester

Fly home.

I’m organising a two day tour for the Saints v TWP game if any Canadians are interested. £600 pp (excl flights)

Day 1. Fly into Manchester, train straight to Stockport to check out the History Museum. Tram to Timperley to see the Frank Sidebottom statue, then on into town to marvel at the spice heads and have tea in Piccadilly Wetherspoons. Night out in Salford and stay at Premier Inn.

Day 2. Train to Widnes to take in the fresh air and go wild in Widnes Shopping Centre’s flagship store (M&S). Then on to Liverpool for bus tour around Kirkdale and Bootle. Train to St Helens to see the Champs, back to Manchester for last flight home.

Especially if they can find any Greenalls Local Bitter or Grunhalle Lager!

That first trip in March looks decent for them to be fair, get to see the game at Yorks new stadium against the Mighty Trin, have a few days in York/N Yorkshire/East Coast then down to the birthplace of Rugby league to see the Giants game and then out of Huddersfield as fast as possible, back to Manchester

They should have co-ordinated the trip with the March Break in Ontario...many more people would then sign up to go.
