Greece not helping themselves with that hit on Mourgue.

It’s a good job they didn’t play RL in ancient Greece. I’d forever be trying to work out whether Pythagoras was square or not at the play the ball.

Greece needed that hooter there. They're showing some enterprise with ball in hand but need to put some work in defensively. England should be close to putting a century on them. They're far too slow getting off the line.

France could and should go past 60 in the second half but it's great to see Greece go for it in the way they have.

Not having a singer for the games at the world cup, especially for teams like Greece and Jamaica in their first competitions, is a disgracefully cheap outcome.

Doesn't happen at any other World Cups.

The recent women's Euros only had a live singer for the Old Trafford opener and the final.

I suspect it'll be similar at the men's football World Cup as well.

I know the PA system at Doncaster is a bit tinny but that would just be an unnecessary expense.

I caught the latter part of what he had to say.  He spoke very well; more intelligent and articulate in English than a few, English born-and-bred, SL players I can think of!
