Or to put it another way...won't pay enough to get enough workers to keep pace with the internal works

There are 100,000 vacancies in the NHS.

Is that because they don't pay enough?

I'm sure the construction workers of Morgan Sindall are more than adequately paid.

There simply aren't enough tradies available. And if there were, what would be the point of paying them over the odds to finish a stand that the club don't need until after the season?

It was never intended or scheduled to be complete for the season - there was a vague hope of having a small section seated out for the last 4 games, but with no internal features open.

It would be a folly to chuck money at completing it ahead of schedule.

Wakey to win by 18.

This really is a tough one to call, Recent form suggests Wakey to take it but Cas are going to hit some kind of form at some point ( just like Wakey did ) after looking like they would never win again,This might be exactly the game to bring it out, Playing at home could just be enough to swing it but i would not place a bet either way.

Who knows which club will be relegated, This is not the million pound game, both clubs have time yet, I have no real preference to who i would like to stay up but if i am being honest i think it would be a real shame for Wakey to go just when things are changing off the field for them, That doesn't mean i have anything against Cas at all, Also i am a fan of P&R and somebody has to go.

Good luck to both sides and may the best team win, I just hope it isn't decided by a drop goal in extra time.

In what i and many others consider to be the most important league fixture of the season SKY decide to broadcast it when there are 3 other games on that evening meaning a lot of match going fans won't get to see it, could they have not scheduled this game to kick-off and be televised at another time to maximise viewer interest? we had a Leeds game on TV on a Sunday afternoon not long back, surely that could have been an option?

Can you imagine a big premier league relegation battle being played and televised at 3pm on a Saturday!

And yes folk can record it but there's always some big gobs at games shouting out other scores/results.

Anyway as for the game i can only see a Wakefield win here,we've played them both recently and though both were woeful Cas' players didn't seem interested but that could have been to get rid of the coach.

I'm sticking with the wildcats by 14

That isn’t Sky thats other clubs choosing to have fixtures when the televised games are on. It’s not like clubs don’t know Friday night is the Sky game night it’s always amazed me clubs are allowed to play then it must cost the game 30,000/40,000 viewers some weeks.

I thought it was all unemployment and grim times up in the forgotten and downtrodden north ????

It's grim up North.

Southerners should take heed and stay well away.

Better for us all.

As long there is cheap beer and rugby league I'll still be going there regularly

Are there no jobs in your work capacity up north BB, sell your house buy a palace up here, plenty cost effective ale and all the proper rugby you want, oh and after a while you will learn to talk proper England.

not content with clashing a rhinos match with a leeds utd home game SKY  have now decided to sceen leeds utd (who a lot of wakey, cas and casual rl fans will follow) home game with west brom at exactly the same time as this highly anticipated crunch game  - bizarre - you couldn't make this stuff up

Doesn’t everyone in West Yorkshire support leeds united, i thought that was the reason why people say “Leeds would’ve taken more”.

If i was a casual Wakey/Cas fan id sooner watch the match at Belle Vue than a middle of the table clash between leeds/WBA.

Interestingly enough Harry it is a medium term plan for me and her indoors ..... we are going to wait until the kids are at uni (we will be pushing them to go to a northern uni) and then do it
