Would love to see Warrington win this but they seem to like losing against Stains so I'll go home win by 1 or 2 points.

Warrington by 8 on this seeing as the saints have a few out.

Before this narrative gets legs, we are missing Philbin, King, Thewlis, Fitzgibbon, Wrench and Hayes.

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

Still Warrington for me...George Williams is brilliant and Luke Yayes will no doubt get a run out . Ratchford is 6-8 points a game and Matty Ashton is rapid...

Wish Williams was at Leigh....

If Saints reach anything like the game pace and intensity of last week then they'll be too good for Warrington.

Interesting to see if Saints can back it up and/or if we can raise ourselves up after some performances post Wembley when we have been poor then playing teams struggling for form. The next 3 for us Saints A, Wigan A, Hull KR H need to be play off intensity.

Even in defeat that should be a season turning point for Saints, it is now up to Wellens and his coaching staff to get that message between the lug holes of their charges that if they can do it against the best then that us the hardest test they will face.

Hopefully it is going to be a very hard physical game they are much more enjoyable, we are being somewhat spoiled on this with Wigan v Leigh, then Wigan v Saints and yesterday the Origin game, more of the same please.

I mean, we've played them once this year, I cant recall how that went...

I think Saints will win, but i dont know if the fans will except another marvellous, wonderful, brave, brave, brave defeat.
Well some will because they’re so blinkered but as i am told by plenty of people i go the match with “i am not a proper fan” (I don’t know what a PWOPER fan is). But i wouldn’t be disappointed if Wire gave us a good hammering.

Saints will be up for this. Wire will need to up their intensity as we seem to be playing a bit half-ar$Ed in most games this season. And I know we sit second before anybody starts! That says more about the overall standard of the league than anything brilliant about Warrington.

is there another player in SL called George Williams apart from the predictable inconsistent one currently playing for wire?

I know Bono and he knows Ono and she knows Enos phone goes thus

Saints have got injuries even though wellens doesn’t like to talk about ALL THE INJURIES the club have.

You will never hear him say “I WONT USE ALL THE INJURIES AS AN EXCUSE, BUT WE HAVE HAD A LOT OF INJURIES BUT I WONT THAT AS AN EXCUSE”.

I think Wire will win this and, if they get on a roll, could be by a few.

I predict that, on 30th August, you might get your wish, TR!

You can bet your life that the Sky commentators will keep mentioning it.

saints just cant get over Roby hanging up his boots - the flame is dying and there's nothing to fan it with

When wire are going into saints games with high expectations they usually lose, and win when given little chance.
