I don't even know what his point is, is it because the bookies had them longer odds, because that's hardly a surprise.

Why would we know him? He's the owner of a SL club who trolls on twitter.

It's hardly next level stuff.

Cue a random story involving DB, Atlantisman and six Russian beauties enjoying caviar and champagne in a little French bistro.

With the main point being how expensive France is

Granted you don't know him, those who do as @ATLANTISMAN does actually have a lot of time for him.

That's great for him. I don't know him and all I know of him really is that he likes to troll on twitter.

Aye, but he was insane Mr B worked that out and didn't want any connection to the club with the name Centurions instead played the 'marketing' masterstroke and renamed the club the Leopards, I thought you would have worked that out John😉

Mr Beaumont  says #HullFC score is a disgrace to the game take nothing from @leedsrhinos but you would not put that on any of the top 6 of the @RLChampionships to relegate @LondonBroncosRL ahead of you is an embarrassment! @TheRFL this needs sorting!

I say, So who is going to defend Hull FC for the way that they have treated this season, they have made a mockery of the sporting contest that is Rugby League Football.

As a Leigh fan, I have to ask yourself (a fellow Leigh fan) why you constantly post stuff to feed the haters on here.  I see no ryhme or reason for some of the tripe you post.  Your fishing missions are not a patch on DBs

It's all part of the fun Demon, Lighten up.

Tripe? I will let you know like any journalist I get payed on column interest.

Can't say I can remember much of what you write though🤔

I'm quite intrigued by this.

I have to say, I find some of the stuff he does and says incredibly immature and just not funny at all.  I mean, a box with a pie in it with the word ‘humble’ written on it or a selfie outside the bookies!

As someone who knows him, do you find this stuff more impressive in and of itself or are you just prepared to tolerate it more because of the good stuff you see him do for the club and the sport.

Or is it that you feel you need to defend him because you know him.

I think that most of what you term "Leigh haters" are more like "Leigh hatters" ...raising their hats to the way the club had pulled itself out of the despair of so many lean years, and welcoming  it's emergence as a contender.

The dissatisfaction, criticism, antagonism, exasperation,  opposition, embarrassment, ridicule or whatever, is triggered by the public actions and pronouncents of the owner.  He's not always been the likeable fellow he's being portrayed as by his personal fan club, especially where drink has been taken.

I don't have much to say especially as I don't get paid.  I don't find it much fun reading all the haters comments.  We have a rebranded club which was the subjecty of much derision at the time.  Since then the promoted club has won the CC and finished 5th in their first season in SL going out of the play offs at the first hurdle.  They have now finished fifth again having won just two of their first 9 games and this time have impressively leapt the first hurdle and are now in the semi final.  A massive amount of credit must go to the players, coaching staff AND the owner for the achievements of the last 3 years regardless of the fishing trips made by Mr Beaumont.  By the way I thought the humble pie was hilarious, but he should have sneaked round and interrupted Carney and clown supreme Wilkins.

Here we go again .....
