Super try. Wakefield look very strong indeed.

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, Ā£7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a Ā£2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

Congrats to Max Jowitt.

Wakefield playing really well. Toulouse are struggling to get out of their half, and Wakefield are taking their chances.

When you consider all the great players that have played our game over the last 140 odd years it is quite amazing that Wakefield Trinity boast the World Record points in a season holder in Max Jowitt and The World Record points in a career holder in Neil Fox!

Considering how much they have been happy to let go, that seemed a soft/dubious penalty.

Superb performance from Wakefield - they've got this won before half time.

Did the commentator seriously just say that the bat-back off the short kick-off was back, but that it bounced forward?

It doesn't matter if it bounces forward.

A serious lack of awareness of the Laws of the Game, if that is what he meant!

Well done Max! What an achievement!

Iā€™m sorry, are we really going with this as a thing?Ā
I read about this earlier in the week. Weā€™re really saying that the points Max has scored against a group of plumbers, electricians and construction workers who play RL to get holiday money is equivalent to Lewis Jones scoring for GB in international games?Ā

And when tries were 3 points!

Wasn't Lewis Jones playing against plumbers, electricians and construction workers?

Whatever the circumstances, whatever the criteria, ultimately Max Jowitt is the one in the record books.
