They were both on Jools Holland's New Year show.

Thank you for reminding me where I saw it; it was a bit late on NYE, so memory was a bit blury!

Ha ha ha, watched that last night, he made a complete arese of himself. Earlier on round the dinner table he actually called the winner a 'fat troll'' and this from the guy who probably hasn't seen his own c*** over his gut since he was 10 !

On the episode of 'The Avengers' broadcast this evening by TruEntertainment, viewers were treated not not only Diana Rigg, but also Charlotte Rampling.

Diana Rigg was in the crowd during filming for Sporting Life.

Rugby League World once published a photo of Diana at a Rugby League match. It was at Headingley, I think. Of course she looked gorgeous, and LPL would go up a lot in my estimation (hint hint) if they posted it on this site.

I almost got excited about Beowulf, its a potent tale. Then I saw the trailer. Not even gonna bother.

The original story would have made a good mini series, this is awful

Beowulf. A low-rent Game of Thrones.

Wooden? You can't see the join between the sets and the acting.

I don't think they spent low rent prices...

All they had to do was combine the production values, sets, costume and talent of the 'Last Kingdom' with the story of Beowolf and you would of had a hit.

With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!

I saw a bit of 'Beowulf'. Having read the original story more than once, I have no idea where ITV found this plot.

This could make for very interesting viewing: The Town That Took On The Taxman

"Rebellious business owners get a crash course in tax evasion

The traders set up an offshore company and present their plan to HMRC’s Director General of Business Tax"

They claim over £1bn goes uncollected each year from large corporations using offshore evasion techniques.

Hurrah!

Black Mirror returns.

Boo! It's on Netflix instead of Channel 4 :(

Actually in the UK a distribution deal hasn't been finalised due to the links with C4 so it may be that in this country it's on TV before Netflix

A bit late I know but I have just finished watching the most recent series of The Bridge. I thought it was really good and the actress who plays Saga is fantastic.

It's obvious what the next series will be about if there is going to be another one, as one of the cast said that there will only be another one if the writers come up with a good enough script

I'm looking forward to the new episodes of the X-Files.

I'm a bit worried about them. I enjoyed the early series a lot, although the later ones lost me a bit, as I wasn't religiously watching every week at that point.

I just hope they're good.

I'm very hopeful that they will be good. There are only six episodes so hopefully that will make a difference.

I'm also really looking forward to the return of Twin Peaks next year.

24 - the Indian remake. It's very close to the 1st season of the US version. Anil Kapoor bought the rights to remake all the seasons - not sure why. That show was unwatchable after the first couple of seasons.
