Why is the video referee getting stick for a touchline call?

Jack Smith is the touch judge. I have no idea why others brought up the video ref.

A crucial knock-down from the Fox!

If a game's over at 10:0 then Rugby League's pretty much doomed.

I'm not saying Samoa (in their current form) are going to get back in this, and we all know the Kangaroos will score more.

But two tries and one conversion isn't a lot.

It is at this level against a team of Australia's quality.

We never get beyond the first two of the five stages of grief, do we?

Will go down as a knock on by The Foxx but that’s preserved the scoreline. And now they’ve gone down the other end and put Samoa to the sword. Great performance, this.

Samoa have a few weak links. Milford is definitely one.

I honestly don’t think he watches the sport when he’s not called up by the BBC.

I doubt it too.

He probably  watches Urc Rugby Union and Six Nations.

Regarding Addo-Carr, is there no deliberate knock-on in RL?

Well, it was his left hand that grounded it but the right call even if for the wrong reason.

I'd like to see the ref controlling the orb a little more. Players are stepping forward and over tacklers. We've seen refs tell players to move back during this RLWC.

Pretty sure it's Warren Turley isn't it?

That's the difference between Australia and NZ and the other teams. England, Samoa, Tonga, Fiji have some excellent players but all of them have players who frankly shouldnt be on the field against teams like Australia. Milford a great example.

Are we only allowed one camera angle on a TMO in a WC final today?

Yes, there is.  But it's one of those laws we don't bother with.

Yes, it's in the laws.

We just ignore it.

Just because.

A fat half back is never a good omen.

Milford will be credited with the error, but what a god awful pass from Luai.

Still a bad knock-on, but excellent recovery to tackle Wighton almost in the same movement and at least postpone the next Kangaroo try.
