Good news for Aussie fans, hopefully this follows through to the NRL jerseys too. The cost of apparel in Australia is scandalous. Making them cheaper can only help to get more buy in from youngsters:

The price of Australian rugby league jerseys will plunge to an almost 30-year low after the NRL agreed to trial a pilot program that could revolutionise how much fans pay to wear team merchandise.

In a move being hailed as an important step amid the cost-of-living crisis, retailers are preparing to sell the Australian men’s and women’s jerseys for $99 when the new line hits the racks in August.

Check out Freddy and Andrew Johns tips before Round 13 of the NRL Premiership.

It will be the lowest price for top-line jerseys since 1994 when Mal Meninga, Laurie Daley and Ricky Stuart were the stars on the Kangaroos tour.

New shirt for each autumn test?

Autumn is a while off & it’s Oxen so this is the early summer training shirts,they’ll be at least 2 more releases before Tonga arrive.

I like it when clubs do these concepts. It's such an easy way to get into schools and get attention. Teachers love having things like this as a brain break!

I agree and it's nice to see a different brand involved in RL. Like how Catalans have Macron and Wigan/Hull have Hummel. 

Only concern I continue to have with Toulouse is the lack of a main sponsor. I understand sometimes deals drag on and you put the order in with the manufacturer in the knowledge that you'll have to heat apply a sponsor later, but this is half way through the season and they've still got just the local government as a collar sponsor. 

I was born to run a club like this. Number 1, I do not spook easily, and those who think I do, are wasting their time, with their surprise attacks.

Had my usual nosey through clubs websites today. Seen Bradford have released a Northern retro shirt. Looks very nice.
