I'm off to watch the TO v London match on Friday, but I am not expecting an easy match for Toulouse. Missing some big guys again, and with Belmas now banned for 7 matches they really do need some reinforcements. I think it will be a lot closer than people think.

Surely Widnes can't be hopeless 3 weeks on the trot?

Is there a 'not holding my breath' emoji ?

We'll be playing with a half-back this week, which surely will help?

Sport, amongst other things, is a dream-world offering escape from harsh reality and the disturbing prospect of change.

I read somewhere that 3 of the Broncos players are not allowed to travel. What's that about? Is it Visa issues and if so, why didn't the club sort them out properly?

French government just not allowing the Papuan and Fijians to enter the country is what I heard, but I don't know the full story - perhaps Covid regulations are a factor? Broncos have made some protest to the RFL about it, so it sounds like there was more to it than simply the club not applying for visas in time. Not sure what they expect the RFL to do about it though.

I'm not sure a UK working visa is good enough for Schengen anymore. I will do a bit of digging to see what the real reasons are. Maybe Macron is a secret TO supporter 😁

Problem with that is London are without their 2 best forwards and half back for this game .Otherwise I think it would be quite tight

Yes, I think I wrote that before realising the missing players who can't travel

If anyone can predict on a given week how Sheffield are going to perform in the first 20 minutes, please put it on postcard to M. Aston, OLP, Sheffield.

Great win. Is there anywhere that does a Championship highlights show do you know? Big win for Widnes too

Match held up for a few minutes due to fighting on the terraces apparently. Good win for Haven though.

I’m not prejudiced, I hate everybody equally

The Marras seemed to be fighting among themselves , with a few stewards thrown in.
