One post deleted already.

Stick to discussing THE GAMES ONLY in here please.

No hilarious puns trying to shoehorn other subjects in, or I'll get really bored, really quickly of having to step in and moderate, and it'll be easier just for me to suspend your posting rights for a while instead.

Thanks.

According to a certain Mr Gledhiill It’s been 1604 days since the Bradford Bulls last defeated Featherstone Rovers BUT Lee Greenwood says this week presents a tough challenge for his side but firmly believes if his players perform to their ability and are at their best, then they will be rewarded with a good result what ever a good result means

That pitch is perfect for Fev and Fev's forwards are a whole lot better than Bradford's. I don't think it would be a huge surprise if Fev won by some distance. I don't think Bradford are at a level yet where there are capable of beating a side as good as Fev's.

Can see us getting beat but hopefully not hammered like usual. Think we will put up a good fight and maybe by a score

I hope you're right and I agree with your logic. I just think this is a massive game for Bradford, especially as some of their players were reported as having said they couldn't wait to play Fev at Odsal after we beat them at POR, and they seem to be particularly upbeat and (if you'll pardon the pun) bullish at the moment, whereas for Fev it's effectively a dead rubber.

With a full strength team we might give Fev a game but we are a bit light in some areas at the min with injury and bans.  Cant see us getting within 3 scores unfortunately.

Id imagine something around 32 -12.

Well the exception of Fev, TO and Newcastle every side has much for to play for.

Its going to be a thrilling last month of the season

I actually see Newcastle getting a win. TO are very under strength for this match. One win in 4 guarantees them 2nd but I wouldn't want to see them have to go Whitehaven last day of the season and have to win.

Wow. Didn’t realise you were this worried about your players attitude towards the end of the season that you’re having to get your excuses ready early.

Where did I say I was worried? I certainly have some concerns about Fev's prospects in the play-offs as we have some vulnerabilities that have already been exploited by the likes of Toulouse and Halifax, but whilst I'd like to see us play well this weekend my main concern is not to get any more injuries, as I said this game is a dead rubber for Fev.

It is an opportunity to hammer home a psychological advantage though. You could send a message out to the rest of the league with a thumping

If anything I think it works the other way in this league. Teams tend to over-perform against teams that have beaten them recently, and complacency tends to creep in for the team that won the first encounter.
