Attending this reluctantly as my Grandson wants to go, the thought of 8 hours in that hole doesn't exactly excite me, in fact i know of only 6 of our regular fans, home and away, who are actually going such is the disdain around this choice of venue.

Not even sure on our match either as we smashed Cas in March at their place but they've improved and we've worsened since then, could go either way, season is over for both anyway so i couldn't really care less, nothing even remotely magic about this weekend i'm afraid.

I'll go Fartown by 8 out of loyalty.

Totally agree with you, last time I went was to Giants v Hull KR Cup semi with my Giants mate. The most uncomfortable afternoon in a long time. Terrible seats,  disgusting toilets and overpriced beer, never again will I set foot in that s***hole.

I was at that game and got sat behind the BBC commentary scaffolding in the Gelderd end corner. It was a poor view. The Saints v Wigan game was a good watch though.

No disrespect to both clubs, but this fixture apart for the fans of the club's is not very inspiring. Being the last game of the weekend will the stadium be all but empty then?

To be honest to most fans most of the games aren't unless it involves their own.

My Grandson is looking forward to Leigh v Salford more than our game though 🙂

Got to be Huddersfield all the way..I think some are giving Huddersfield a bad rap.Yes they have issues but they are managing them. The only real loss was the wire game and I'm keeping my options about wire quiet until we play them shortly.

Huddersfield were  unlucky against Catalan , we beat them in an hard fought scrap at the LSV and they fell away at Wigan. Look at it from that angle and they are playing OK.. And remember they are somewhat hamstrung in the managerial dept.

Huddersfield by 1-2 scores...

As I said Daz I wasn't being disrespectful but every other fixture,  carries some weight to it re how the result could effect the top 6, excepting even the Hull v London game but that in itself is intriguing in who finishes bottom, if London finish in 11th spot then that will open up another can of worms re them getting relegated.

It must be a generational thing, but when they mention Fenton Rogers, I can't help thinking of May to December.

That's 8 halves so far that a team has been nilled in this weekend so far.

Team that scores first has won every game.

Losing team hasn't scored more than once.

Some absolutely shocking performances this weekend.

Is it me or are they finding more and more mitigations.
