I was wrong......last time their home kit was a different design was 2009 (I don't class brand specific changes to the collar or sponsors as minor tweaks) so no design changes in 26 years since they changed the chevron.

You don't? Also, depth of the chevron, thickness of the cuffs, band added at the bottom of the shirt.

What to your mind would constitute a minor tweak? Hoops?

I was born to run a club like this. Number 1, I do not spook easily, and those who think I do, are wasting their time, with their surprise attacks.

A change in the design of the shirt.......so it looks noticeably different.
For example I'd class bulldogs away 24 and 25 as the same kit design even though they have updated the badge and gone from Classic to Oneills. (if half the team wore the 24 version and half wore the 25 it'd take a while for anyone to notice.)

The kits are pretty much the same but they've 'Tweaked' the badge design.

If you look at every Roosters kit between 2010 and now without sponsors on they are the same design

Kit manufacturers change templates often so you get very slight alterations in collars and trim but it is the same design every year.

My point is sticking with a classic design strengthens your brand........ by all means experiment with the Away, 3rd, Charity, Magic, Anzac etc jerseys.

The new training kit has gone down a whole lot better than the home shirt reveal did amongst a lot of Leigh fans (although I do think the kit will be better received in the flesh when all the sponsors have been revealed).  I was lucky enough to get a sneak peak of this along with much of the leisure wear and away kit a few weeks back and the training/leisure wear is easily some of the best stuff Leigh have ever put out in my opinion. 5ff1f001-8509-4aa3-a97d-fa58e5a00183.png

It is certainly the most subdued and low-key of the "Jaguar print" era.

Maybe they could partner with the car company.

Funnily enough, they've just gone through a poorly received rebrand...

Not to get this consigned to the political subforum, but it definitely isn’t a font change that has got people irrationally angry in that situation

I guess my reference to that was too subtle.

Huddersfield's Away kit is to be revealed tomorrow evening at the HGSA fan's party.

I'm not a fan of it myself but reckon it will sell well with the modern shirt lovers.

Does anyone know when SL clubs tend to release their heritage shirts? I’m really gutted with Wire’s home shirt (and less said about the away kit the better 🤢).

Will likely hold out for a heritage design in 2025.

Ah interesting. UK licence holder must have got their issues sorted. I liked the Hummel kits last time round.

6 year deal with Sports Pro...........we'll find out the full design later today but as a fan of classic old school designs that crop fills me with dread. Some construction company maybe?  Is that brickwork and part of a crane on the right?
