Nah, I don’t think so. Get on with it.

Get on with what? The game stopped cause all the players ran in together, he has to say something to restart the game...

How can you give that a Try on-field?

Really poor reffing.

Even if he brushes the line, you send that up No Try.

I really think that is a waste of a chat there. We have two teams really hyped and in the moment. All tension and suspense has been dropped because he wanted to tell them how big a game this is.

Stopping the game for a chat actually helps to let players calm down.

Touch Judge must have said he thought it was a try, can't see how the ref' could possibly give that as a try on the field otherwise.

I don’t think so. Just get on with the game.

The ref was in a better position than any camera. But …

What a joke our game has become

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

Maybe your 4 defenders should have kept him out.

I'm not sure how this was given as a try? Surely the ref's angle was obscured? Was it just a guess?

I hate it, but it's just what happens now. The ref hasn't seen it but is forced to give a guess.

The crappy system messes up a game once again. When will they get rid of it? It's insane we allow tries to be given over and over which the referees themselves wouldn't give if they were given a free call.

He wasn’t, there was a player in front of him. We really need to get rid of refs call.

Was he? He was on the wrong side of the ball with two players in the way. The touch judge might have had a better angle though and dictated whether it went up as a try or not.

The tacklers pulled the ball up and got under it as he went to the line.

Baffling how the try is given on-field.

Absolute guess from the on field ref, not good enough that it decides a try in a professional sport.

Ref's have to make educated guesses all game long.
