Not much to separate these two on current form however I think home advantage will count so Catalan to get a narrow win

Les Catalans 22 Vs 16 Wakefield Trinity

Can't see the Trinity squad being any stronger than the makeshift one put out against Cas. Mason Lino hopefully recovered from a bruising day at the office last Thursday to continue his one man band half back scenario or else we really are in the doo doo.

Catalan by a couple or three scores unfortunately. Something like 12-30 peut-etre.

This world was never meant for one as beautiful as me.

Rodwell drops out (for possibly 10 weeks!) with the obvious knee injury we all saw him one-legging it with last Thursday. Nikotema also fallen by the wayside with rib injury. Glass back still not up to it either.

Surprised to see that Trin have only requested 100 tickets!

Like me, I guess the vast majority of fans have to balance work/school commitments of this trip or the following weekend at Magic.

Two big weekends on the trot is too much for most pockets.

Perhaps the novelty and all the expense to watch a game of rugby over there has worn off. It certainly has with me.

All dole money gone on celebrating the cup final win.

From a fan of the club that brought 400 fans 10 miles on a Bank Holiday weekend...keep it shut plum!

I imagine the ankle tags buzz like mad if you lot leave Cas after 7pm?

Well we are in Lloret now plenty of Wakey fans, the club may have requested 100 tickets I don't know but most buy from Catalan Sports Tours. I got mine from the club £18 bargain

As much as I'd love to see another away win I think Cats will have too much for us.

Tbh coming away from this match with no injuries for once would a win in itself.

There will be far more than 100. Tickets are being purchased other sources.

As for the game. Trinity have had a much harder fixture list. Catalans played Salford twice, Hudds, Cas to put their wins into perspective. Teams trinity mostly have coming up.

Injuries are mounting for Trinity and I think they are almost back to 10 players out again.

That said, the quality in depth should see this remain competitive. The only real hole in the squad is at halfback. The forwards are as good if not better that Catalans even with the injuries. On a hard pitch Johnstone, Pratt could cause issues too out back.

I’ll go for a tight game with trinity winning 22-20

It’s fallen at a bad time sandwiched between Easter holidays and Magik Weekend. Like everyone else in the country, Trinity fans are watching the pennies
