That's ace. Where's that going?

It's the refurbishment of the current Rollin Shack, in the corner of the ground.

So that terrace will have a view of the pitch? If so, that's going to be an awesome development!

I think it’s important to note that these drawings are full of genuine intention to build exactly what’s on them and aren’t some fanciful hypothetical imaginings like some in the past!

These WILL get built and in quick time too!

Are any of those plans on the other touchline?

Yes, he was looking at a roof top terrace sort of stand similar to the above, perhaps that's not the case anymore with these grill plans.

Hopefully we'll see some plans soon.

As Preposterous says, maybe the design of the new West Stand will change with the advent of the new terraced grill bar at the South end of the Stadium but Matt Ellis will definitely build a new West Stand

If that’s what is planned for the south end, then on the west side it just needs fit for purpose terracing with good viewing lines & preferably with a lid on. Job done!

After years of under investment in the ground it is very encouraging to see the forward progress by the new owner.Lets hope the crowds fill the stadium and the team on the field help repay the new owners investment.Hope you enjoyed your spell in the Championship it has enabled the team to regroup and look forward to better days.

DIY stadium ? Anyone can do theirs apart from them lol  !!!!

I'm fairly new to the forum, and this is the first time I've seen this thread. I'm quite enjoying reading it from the start seeing everybody's skepticism, which if I'm honest was justified (long suffering Trinity fan).  Its funny how we certainly did eventually end up with a DIY(Kitchen) stadium...

Yes, Trinity have long being targeted to great effect. Those same people don’t appear to be balancing it out with any positives now the club is investing heavily.

Personally I’m still salty on the pleasure a lot seemed to get in 2023 watching Trinity struggle. To the point I will take great pleasure if we manage to have a relatively successful return. I will have to reign myself in not to be as petty as others were in  2023.

Besides that. Just look at the ongoing works inside the south boxes…. A lot of fans won’t see this but it’s high class.

Wow that looks lovely.  I applaud any club improving and Wakey are doing a really good job, nice to see.  I slagged them off during the Carter “era” as the penny pinching miserable clown seemed to delight in said penny pinching.  Weird.

That would be in "The Benidorm Flats" that many opposition fans sneer at?

Everyone has opinions and I’ve no issue with that. In 2023 though the east stand world had started and we were playing out of a building site and the owners were limited by what they could invest. The fact is they just didn’t have the personal wealth to make any serious investment.

it more bugged me that many fans were calling the club out for a decade for the facilities. Yet when we made sacrifice on the pitch to actually build something a fair few clubs fans stuck the boot in when we struggled on the pitch. Ironically we were better than London, won more too and yet London could do no wrong and got sympathy by the ton. Very bizarre.

One other thing. I hope we kept those chairs from 2023 and donate them to Saint Helens on their return to the stadium in 2025.

Anyway, we can look forward now to a hopefully bright future.

Yes, though if they knew how much money and the quality of the inside they would have more understanding of their value.

Also, they have been painted on the exterior and a lift installed let’s not forget.
