Just a reminder for anyone interested... Leeds v Halifax in the wheelchair Grand Final is on Sky Sports Arena, Sky Sports Mix (for non-subscribers) and Sky Max (I don't know either!) at 3PM today.

Sky Max? That's a general entertainment channel, so it might reach new eyeballs. Looking at the guide, the Grand final is on between Hawaii 5-0 and Futurama.

Which sounds really weird.

Kick-off, and Halifax score in their first set! A long way to go, of course.

Which episode of Futurama is it?

Half Time - Leeds 16:36 Halifax.

I haven't seen this Leeds team as unsettled by an opponent before.

I bloody love Wheelchair rugby league more and more as each game I see passes. It has everything the game should have and it’s a great watch. I’m looking forward to the World Cup and seeing it live.

Bloody hell, didn't see this until now. Forgot all about it!

Sounds like a cracker. I'll watch the highlights later. Congrats, Fax.

Was a thriller, really enjoyed it, well worth a watch.

Really excellent coverage from Sky.

And a superb game.

Find content like this and share the heck out of it. Wheelchair RL is both brilliant in its own right *and* something that we do that absolutely fits the zeitgeist.

Wheelchair Rugby League is our hidden gem, it’s unbelievably good, it’s everything that is good about sport IMO.

Compared to most disability sport it's not that hidden.

We do need to shout about it loudly though.

I saw the first half of this before I was dragged away on family duties.

Halifax were well on top at half time so Leeds did well to come back but well done Fax on the deserved win.

It really is such a great sport.  The players demonstrate skill, game smarts and unbelievable physical commitment in equal measure.

As a Rugby League fan, I am proud to be associated with this sport.

The kick-offs for some World Cup games may not be spectator friendly, but will be for daytime TV viewers. Could gain a few new fans who've only ever heard of "Wheelchair Rugby" from the Paralympics, which is nowt like union, let alone anything "rugby" at all.

A lot of posts on Twitter from people saying this was their first time watching the wheelchair version of the game.

I haven't seen anything negative yet, apart from one whinge about both teams wearing mostly blue kits, which did have a point, but didn't stop me enjoying the spectacle.

It's an excuse, but guess there isn't the money for alternate kits, but you would imagine some businesses would see this as a cheap way of sponsoring an upcoming sport.

Got a big cheer in our house when they got those two late tries to win it.

What an absolutely brilliant spectacle the game was.
