nah shocking call. try i get was hard a call but so clearly a shoulder charge its not funny. dude just forgot his job

PNG have been the best team. Blew a try in the first half, just had one taken off them and Tonga scored from at least one forward pass, probably 2.

You can be harsh for getting that flustered that you ignore the shoulder charge though.

I didn't think it was a shoulder charge.  I thought he made contact with his chest first.

I feel it would have been helpful if he'd said what he was needing to see and given us an insight into the thinking, like we've had previously. 

As it stands, we have no idea why he disallowed it and it looks dodgy af now.
