PNG have been the best team. Blew a try in the first half, just had one taken off them and Tonga scored from at least one forward pass, probably 2.

The picture quality didnt help PNG there , the bluriness can be decisive on those close calls . Even on HD its not supersharp pictures

You can be harsh for getting that flustered that you ignore the shoulder charge though.

I can see why Moore sent it up as no try but absolutely no reason on earth for Thaler not to give it when the replays showed a clear try. The shoulder charge didn't even need to come into it.

I feel it would have been helpful if he'd said what he was needing to see and given us an insight into the thinking, like we've had previously. 

As it stands, we have no idea why he disallowed it and it looks dodgy af now.
