Doueihi has also had to contend with being played in different positions as Wests rearrange the deck chairs to find a win here or there.

The inclusion of Hastings didn't help to much was put on him as being far better than he actually is, he showed his level playing for GB on the '19 tour not the expected play maker he was imagined to be and the same at the Tigers.

Lebanon clearly 2nd best team in Northern Hemisphere they are 3-4 NRL fowards short of giving England a test.

So naturally England won't play them or will play them once in tournaments where its only because of a draw...

Cynical maybe, but the RFL seem completely unable to seize these opportunities.

England will never play Lebanon without the co-operation from the NRL

There's a limited amount the RFL can do when the whole team plays in the NRL

In the autumn?

We've played Samoa once outside of tournaments in the past decade, a mid season NRL organised international weekend. We haven’t played Ireland, barely played France and have played Scotland once, in the 2016 4 Nations.

With SH likely to announce a dedicated international window at the end of the season with a pacific cup - NH really need to figure out what they're going to do. Otherwise the gap between the two will just get bigger and bigger. England vs France needs to be yearly at a bare minimum. Was a decent game in the world cup and good chance England wouldn't have NRL players making it even more even.
