Hullfan Posted October 30, 2020 Posted October 30, 2020 Soon to be announced as new head coach of Hull FC
Wellsy4HullFC Posted October 30, 2020 Posted October 30, 2020 Would love this, but sounds too good to be true.
LeeF Posted October 30, 2020 Posted October 30, 2020 Wasn’t he in line to take over from Ganson as Head of Referees?
Hela Wigmen Posted October 30, 2020 Posted October 30, 2020 Could see this. Would be a good appointment but a big loss to Cas.

EastLondonMike Posted October 30, 2020 Posted October 30, 2020 Would be great for Hull if it happens. Maybe not so great for Cas. Newham Dockers - Champions 2013. Rugby League For East London. 100% Cockney Rugby League!Twitter: @NewhamDockersRL - Get following! www.newhamdockers.co.uk
Gates1 Posted October 30, 2020 Posted October 30, 2020 Guttered if true. Seems an odd time for Orr to have left to further his coaching career elsewhere. Would like to see Cas make a play for Danny Ward if so.

Gooleboy Posted October 30, 2020 Posted October 30, 2020 Good luck to him if correct, working for Adam Pearson.
Wollo Wollo Wayoo Posted October 30, 2020 Posted October 30, 2020 So that's him and Watson then? Dream Team. This world was never meant for one as beautiful as me. JohnM Posted October 31, 2020 Posted October 31, 2020 News just in: his appointment as Head of Happiness at the RFL has been confirmed. Bernard Manning lives! Welcome to be New RFL, the sport's answer to the Wheeltappers and Shunters Social Club.

I'd be quite surprised if fordy even contemplated taking cas on

graveyard johnny Posted October 31, 2020 Posted October 31, 2020 lets not forget brian mac will be looking for an appointment if things turn sour for twp I know Bono and he knows Ono and she knows Enos phone goes thus

I think the Powell era at Cas has come to a natural end. They either rebuild and keep challenging for playoffs or go back to join Wakefield at the foot of the table

Davo5 Posted October 31, 2020 Posted October 31, 2020 Don’t understand why the club are looking past Andy Last, seems to have turned the team around, playing some exciting rugby,Powell overated and his constant need to attach blame to someone else to disguise his shortcomings is tiresome,

I'd say he's very good at getting the best out of resources available to him. The big question mark over him is when it comes to the 'big' one off games where he seems to get it wrong far more often than not (1 win in 6 finals I think).

Scubby Posted October 31, 2020 Posted October 31, 2020 Would be a good move for Powell and Hull I think. Danny Ward to Cas looks like a perfect fit too. He is going places.
