Intetesting (possibly) that a few teams are switching to Ticketmaster as their sales platform. Wonder if it's a co-ordinated move.

I'd imagine so. Wigan are launching a new mobile friendly website too next week.

Leigh have announced over 2000 pre sales for tomorrows friendly at Wire and are expecting to take over 3000.

Looks like strong squads, unfortunately I can't go, but hopefully it won't be as controversial as last year's!

Wigan are basically moving back to where they were in 1999, only without the data built up over those years. The move to the (god awful) Future Ticketing was a legacy of (one of) the previous Latics ownerships going for the cheapest possible option having previously moved to Advanced Ticketing (who I believe have ended all sports contracts, so will leave Warrington and Leeds looking for replacements).

Some really strong attendances pre-season. Good to see.

Wakefield have sold over 1,150 tickets for todays game Vs York With many travelling and paying on the gate too

Looked like we filled the South Stand (1800 capacity) as a few late comers were siphoned off into the East Stand.

Looks like there will be some really good crowds the first couple of weeks:

Only a couple of hundred seats left as well, so could be a sell-out for Rovers' first home match.

We definitely need the East Stand extension the architects are presently drawing up, to be honest in a sell-out these days that stand feels a bit dangerously full already.

Can't see any figures for any of the 1895 Cup games.

Oldham v London (Friendly) 1214

if Oldham are getting this kind of crowd for a friendly against London, things are certainly looking good…

Indeed - back playing in their home town at a proper stadium in Boundary Park. Squad that looks like it would be competitive in the Championship, not league 1, well known new owners generating a lot of excitement.

Catalans attendances usually start slow and pick up in summer. Would be very surprised if they sold out in week 1.

North Stand apparently already sold out at Leigh.

Hoping the Giants bring 2000 and not 200 !!

In total, I dont think them numbers will be far off.

Looking at the availability on the ticket site compared to games last year, I reckon about 6k sold so far which is what we got for the fixture against Hudds last year and tickets only went on general sale today. 8k should hopefully be doable.

Not much left in the West with East selling well since tickets made available to non members at 4pm today- just bought a few more and it seems the away end is not the away end so Hudds hordes will be allocated East blocks to free tickets up

Looks realistic other than Catalans who I’d expect around 9,000 max.

Where did you get the figure on 1800 capacity from? Having been in that stand for the CC game last year i don't see how that stand can possibly hold 1800
