Well. It's half-time against a tier one nation, in the southern-hemisphere, and we are not losing. #positives

That’s a fair point, in years gone by the game would be gone by now.  At the same time ... this is a bit dull.  Our kicking game is woeful.

I am a simple soul, but have long understood that games of rugby are won and lost on the scoreboard rather than completion rates. If you have no idea how to score a try, territorial advantage counts for very little doesn't it?

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

I hate Wayne Bennett-style rugby league. Luckily, it's lunchtime here in Singapore so I've got something else going on whilst the game is on.

Well if this is what Wayne Bennett brings to the game, I won't be watching the 2nd test. This is just dull. The half time highlights reel just revealed all our last tackle plays. My word, it's embarrassing.

Woeful kicking by both teams.

Total like of ideas by both teams.

Running the ball into the line on the last tackle shows teams devoid of any plans idea how to attack.

It has been the worst game of Rugby League I have seen in a long time at this supposed level.

The Fiji Samoa game was a lot better.

Bennett’s style may win the odd high level game but it’s not exactly inspiring! I doubt we will get many new followers with his brand of RL

Bennett is somewhat to blame for this uninspiring style but the bland, prescribed and regimented coaching that pervades SL is more so.

Also the number of overseas or non Fed players in SL is narrowing the base of the GB/Eng pyramid.

gb had every decision go their way and still couldn't capitalise, Hardaker mentioned once, same early tackle plod ups from the wings, cant believe I got up for this, its not the test rugby I remember, whats happened to the game?

I know Bono and he knows Ono and she knows Enos phone goes thus

Solid 35mins or so, but with a bit of fatigue the kiwis started to look like they could cause some problems.

We look pretty pedestrian with ball in hand. Barge over tries only.

individually we look average.

no push from anyone either, a couple of times players have poked their nose through the line and there's been no support. Which looks intentional.

all that aside. It's 2-2 ?

Pretty well sums it up.
