Sounds like Gilmore is bossing the game. Have Batley got him for next year?

Asking for a Widnes fan.😁

Well done Batley, incredible effort

What a game, if Batley had lost it wouldn't have been right, 'Master Tactician' McDermott? No Fortunate that he had some very good players in his teams, I really want Fev to do well next year and tge best way to go about that is get rid of the coach.

Magnificent Batley. Brilliant.

In regards to Fev, they looked unfit and McDermott picked the wrong side. Poorly coached. Goodbye!

See ya next week. Pack out that South stand and let's have a party 👍

You can’t help but like Batley as a club. No frills, no star players, no daft “SL by year x” statements. They just go quietly about their business every year and consistently over-achieve. Very pleased for them today.

As for Fev, surely McDermott must be done there now. Making the final must have been the minimum expectation with that squad.

I’m not prejudiced, I hate everybody equally

We’ll done Batley and more to the point, we’ll done Craig Lingard.  How is he not nominated for coach of the year??

Right, now can we call for McDermott sacking?

Congratulations to Batley , I love a great underdog story , sometimes sport can become a bit predictable and stale and all about the money but here are lingard and the lads defying the odds , Batley fans you should be proud, what a performance, whatever happens from this point forward you are legends.
