I suspect this will be a mixed team by Saints. Many of the squad didn’t get back in the country until late Monday night having flown Sydney-Bangkok-Stockholm-Manchester, so they’d have had yesterday as a recovery day and would likely be getting back on to the training pitch today and with fatigue and jet lag, will be interesting to see how we line up.

I suspect we will see a few changes to the side that beat Penrith. Makinson is definitely out with concussion and Batchelor is out with the ankle injury he picked up vs St George and Will Hopoate has played two consecutive games, so he’s bound to need four weeks off now.

I’d make plenty of changes and treat Leeds next week as round one.

Fair assessment.

Be good to see Ritson have a run and a few other fringe players. Really keen to see more and more of Wingfield as the season progresses, as I think he has the attributes to be an excellent player.

Some players didn't get back until yesterday as they stayed over in Bangkok rather than take consecutive flights.

Think i'll hold off making any score predictions until we see what team is going to be put out by saints. I suspect there's going to be a lot of changes from the one that beat the Penrith pussies at the weekend. Personally I think we'll see most of the lads who didn't play against Penrith, plus the squad players who didn't go over there, and maybe a handful of 1st teamers who aren't suffering any ill effects of jet lag.

Wingfield was excellent last week against Penrith, I thought. All were in fairness, but there was no obvious drop in intensity in defence when Knowles went off.

No idea at all based on whatever squad Saints pick and whatever Cas team decides to show up!!

Really looking forward to it though - first trip back to Cas in a few months

Now then, it's a race between Sandie....and Fairburn....and the little man is in........yeees he's in.

I, just like those Castleford supporters felt that the ball should have gone to David Plange but he put the bit betwen his teeth...and it was a try

Kevin Ward - best player I have ever seen

The real Mick Gledhill is what you see on here, a Bradford fan ........, but deep down knows that Bradford are just not good enough to challenge the likes of Leeds & St Helens.

Are Cas' going to get the benefit of a weakened Saints team at the Jungle for 2nd successive year ? It was an entire reserve team last April. Surely not again.

Just what i  thought, not cas's fault but it is what it is.

Nice to see a Cas fan on the forum and yes I'm going for a home win, gonna be a close one this. You still not sacked JW yet appalling think of his family will you. Not your fault mind but if it happened at Trinity I'd have protesters lined up outside my club long by now. What society are we living in today my god...my heart go's out to his poor kids who's suffered this horrible ordeal. Hopefully karma will come back to him.

It'll be same as this fixture last season at Easter. Comfortable Cas win due to drawing Saints at a very opportune time. Prediction, more Westerman songs.

Great, most of what I post is meant to be fun and since I put loads in ignore that's close to 100%.

I am not in a position to sack any current playing member of staff I'm afraid. I am, however, in a position to comment on your grammar - it's awful.
