If only the sport would start a long-term  project, with defined objectives, a strategic plan....

Thinking whats for tea is long term and then they'd deliver something totally different on the plate.

Carlsberg don't do Soldiers, but if they did, they would probably be Brits.

Good crowd at Wigan lady night, 15.5k I heard them announce. What was the crowd at Huddersfield please?

They are still counting! Regarding Wigan, 15.5k is good, but there still looked plenty of room in there.

Tbh we can learn plenty of lessons from AFL on getting fans into grounds. I am happy for them to keep the NRL on its toes now that rugby union isn’t a challenger. There’s room for both!

Following our 11th sellout this season Hull KR have announced a record breaking average attendance this season of 9,883.

Brilliant effort from the Robins. Are they going to increase the attendance for next season? Think they could become one of the best supported SL clubs if they had a bigger capacity

I presume if Wakey go up and we have Hull KR, Leigh and them in the same league Wembley will be put on standby for the games involving those clubs to satisfy demand?

It's a joke btw, and yes it is a Huddersfield fan commenting on crowds!

Who needs Wembley when you've got Craven Park? Ask Coldplay!

We are putting a temporary extension on the east stand during close season with a extra 1,000 seats, season tickets for these seats are already on sale to members.

Hopefully we will add to our average attendance next year.

What will the capacity be next season?

If there were two NRL clubs in Sydney they’d get bigger crowds too. It’s like saying NFL is bigger than football in London.

Just like the Storm get bigger crowds than all the Melbourne AFL teams because they have the place all to themselves?

The bigger concern is just how small the Sharks fanbase seems to be as there were a decent number of Cowboys fans at the game. I'm not sure why the Sharks have always avoided talks of relocation, mergers, etc.

90,000 plus for the other AFL prelim final between two non melbourne teams.

Dont know what folks down there will be doing next week…another AFL GF without melbourne interest.
