JohnM
What Rob (and his family) had to go through is unimaginable for I guess almost all of us. Really makes one wonder how they, and other sufferers, have coped. I'm sure I'd fall apart under such stress, especially with the knowledge of the eventual outcome.

Not many people have had the support that Rob has received from family, friends, the game and the wider world. 1 Let me never fall into the vulgar mistake of dreaming that I am persecuted whenever I am contradicted. Futtocks
Just finished on BBC1 and the last time, "Rob Burrow; over and out" pretty much did for me. But there were quite a lot of laughs, and the footage of him playing as a kid (even then, the shortest in the team) were wonderful. Cumbrian Fanatic
That BBC programme was a hard watch but I'm glad I got through it. Just when you think you can't admire someone any more than what you do they go and top it. The courage to show yourself when you at your lowest is beyond words that I have. 1 100% League 0% Union Just because I don't know doesn't mean I don't understand

chisholm
What a heart wrenching watch that was. Everyone of his family should be proud of the legacy that Rob has left His family are a credit to him and the love is clear to see. RIP and God bless.
Old Frightful
It was an extremely emotional watch and I was in floods of tears for most of it. But, heart breaking as it was, what constantly shone through was the absolute love in the Burrow family. Lindsey is an exceptional woman and their love for each other must have helped so much. The kids seem to appreciate the circumstances and know what a special guy their father was. Such love will help them in the future, that's for certain. 3 Hull FC....The Sons of God....
