What Rob (and his family) had to go  through is unimaginable for I guess almost all of us. Really makes one wonder how they, and other sufferers, have coped. I'm sure I'd fall apart under such stress, especially with the knowledge of the eventual outcome.

Not many people have had the support that Rob has received from family, friends, the game and the wider world.

Did anyone see what the tribute the FA put on was at the England game tonight?

Rob's face was on the large screens, an announcement of condolence and praise for his courage and a minutes applause by the crowd , all participated.

Just finished on BBC1 and the last time, "Rob Burrow; over and out" pretty much did for me.

But there were quite a lot of laughs, and the footage of him playing as a kid (even then, the shortest in the team) were wonderful.

That BBC programme was a hard watch but I'm glad I got through it. Just when you think you can't admire someone any more than what you do they go and top it. The courage to show yourself when you at your lowest is beyond words that I have.

Difficult watch that was.

Emotion aside what a tribute boy, man, son, brother husband, father friend and above all a determined fighter what a bloke he was what a family and of course his best mate and legend Kev Sinfield

What a heart wrenching watch that was.

Everyone of his family should be proud of the legacy that Rob has left

His family are a credit to him and the love is clear to see. RIP and God bless.

It was an extremely emotional watch and I was in floods of tears for most of it.

But, heart breaking as it was, what constantly shone through was the absolute love in the Burrow family. Lindsey is an exceptional woman and their love for each other must have helped so much.

The kids seem to appreciate the circumstances and know what a special guy their father was.

Such love will help them in the future, that's for certain.

What an emotional watch and I defy anyone not to cry watching it. Such an amazing family and full of love and inspiration. An outstanding tribute from the BBC.

It certainly puts things into perspective and makes you thankful for what you've got.
