What the hell is that statement about???

Pointless and went off in all directions.

Don't apologies for your kit, it's not a bad one so just stand by it and get on with it.

It's very strange. He's put out this statement in response to non existent negative feedback. It just makes them look daft and he's coming across like a Poundland Derek Beaumont.

It's a nice enough shirt and I'm pleased that Keighley have stepped up to take on the mantle as an unlikely catalyst for world peace and unity - the heroes we never knew we needed.

Keighley dealing with feedback in an adult way

Im assuming the negative remarks are more around the fact its not as grim and whacky as usual? And its actually quite a pleasant shirt?

We are talking about a club who vociferously rejected IMG's involvement in English rugby league.

No they did not.

They obviously feel they do not need any help promoting or marketing themselves,  and that external consultants have nothing they can teach the cougars.

Not even the elite clubs consult external consultants about a home shirt that lasts for approximately 15 home games.

If ever another club comes along and that club can ' teach the Cougars' I am sure that opportunity will be seized as they do seem to have a growth mind set.

Peace. Love. Unity.

He has addressed Keighley  Cougars followers - not all of whom are beholden to social media. The owners are greatly appreciated as they respond, almost immediately in many cases,to supporters concerns, requests, ideas.

They are not a catalyst for world peace. The reasoning has been adequately explained. But you knew that.

The heroes will hopefully be the players pulling on the shirt, playing with pride.Thanking, and acknowledging the ownership, and others, and winning lots of games of rugby league.

All is tickety boo at Cougar Park. Whatever the rest of the world, and country, may think and do.

The way it's going, it could be time travel back to the 1990's.

Not the best decade for personal experiences...

Having read the message I now want to go on a murderous rampage.

Also the positioning of the JG on the shorts could be this week's jaguar's anus.

Awful.

The g spot is this weeks jaguars anus. 🤔

Such a snowflake statement and one I would expect from a football club.

Jeez get a grip

He didn’t apologise did he? Just said that despite criticism they think they’re doing the right thing.

If that's the case, what is the point of posting it on Twitter?

It would already have been explained privately.

It was then explained on the club website;from which the Media man at the club uploaded it onto Twitter.

Fair enough. Not much thought gone into it, then: Monkey see. Monkey do.

Apparently this site says I "won the day" here on 23rd Jan, 19th Jan, 9th Jan also 13th December, whatever any of that means. Anyway, 4 times in a few weeks? The forum must be going to the dogs - you people need to seriously up your game. Where's Dutoni when you need him?

The new NSW jersey is terrible:

The NSW shirts over the last few years have been pretty good although spoiled somewhat by the oversized & ugly Brydens logo but this new one is pretty poor & still has an oversized & ugly sponsor’s logo.
